We invite you to carefully check the integrity of the goods before signing the delivery documents, even in the presence of the courier.

If you notice any visible damage, it is important to indicate this next to your signature by writing, for example: ‘damaged package’ or ‘broken or damaged goods’.

In any case, we recommend that you always accept the delivery subject to inspection, clearly writing ‘ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION’ on BOTH COPIES of the transport document, including the one that will remain with the courier.

This reservation is essential: without it, the courier will not be able to activate the insurance and it will not be possible to proceed with a free replacement in case of damage.

Signing with reservation allows us to correctly report any problems to the courier and handle the situation in the quickest and most effective way.
